Before work begins
If you cancel a project before any design work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
After work begins
Once design work has started, refunds are prorated based on the work completed. Any hours or milestones already delivered are non-refundable.
Revisions
Because our packages include revision rounds, we ask that you use them to address concerns with the design before requesting a refund. We are committed to getting the result right.
